How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
We roast our beans in small batches daily at our Austin, Texas roastery. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the peak flavor and aroma in every bag.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and select a delivery frequency (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks) through our 'Subscribe & Save' program, which also offers a discount on every order.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We maintain direct relationships with farmers and cooperatives globally, ensuring fair wages and sustainable farming practices that protect both the environment and the growers.
Do you sell whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can purchase any of our roasts as whole beans for maximum freshness, or select a specific grind size (Drip, Espresso, or French Press) at checkout.
