At Mozart's Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of our fresh coffee beans, we offer returns or replacements on damaged items or incorrect shipments within 14 days of delivery.

Email our roasting team with your order number and a brief description of the issue regarding your coffee or merchandise.
Verification
For damaged goods or quality concerns, please attach a photo of the packaging and the product's batch code found on the bag.
Return Shipment
If a return is required for non-perishable hardware, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to drop off at any authorized carrier.
Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement batch immediately.
